His project portfolio spans airports, rail systems, utilities, mixed-use developments, major retail malls, office towers, hotels, and high-rise residential — delivered across Jamaica, Caribbean, United States, Central America, South America, Asia, Australia, Middle East, and Africa. Paul holds a degree in Building and Project Management from the University of New South Wales and completed the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School. |

| Dr Steph Ardrey, JD, DBACo-Founder & Managing DirectorDr. Ardrey brings 30 years of experience spanning capital markets, real estate development, hospitality acquisitions, public-private partnerships, venture capital, and economic development across private enterprises and institutional platforms. Her work has encompassed hotel acquisitions, mixed-use real estate, infrastructure PPPs, wellness destination ventures, business brokerage, and entertainment finance — with geographic experience across the United States, Cayman Islands, Jamaica (Jamaica Economic Development Council), Dubai, and Saudi Arabia. She holds a Juris Doctor, a Doctor of Business Administration in International Business, an MBA, an MA in Organizational Management, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt — and is a graduate of the USC Ross Program in Real Estate Development and Finance. |
